Malcolm Devin
Managing Director
Experience
Malcolm has 20 years’ experience in the development and construction industry delivering high quality projects. He was previously a Director at a global property and construction company (JLL) before starting Leith Group.

As Managing Director of Leith Group, Malcolm has day to day involvement in the delivery of each project. He has a broad range of experience in all sectors and asset types of development and construction.

David Azar
Head of Finance Operations
Experience
David was previously based in Asia where he worked in talent management and finance. Within these roles he spent time managing teams of sales and execution staff, networking with global firms and high net worth individuals to originate business and drive growth.

David has a very strong network across Asia, living and working in the region for 12 years.
As a leader, connector and business driver he has succeeded in evolving businesses in the Asia Pacific region. Whilst he understands the key mechanics of a business, David can identify true talent and nurture it to drive a business towards its goals.

Michael Devin
Principal
Experience
Michael has 40+ years in the development and construction industry and has completed a range of residential and commercial developments across Sydney.
Qualifications
Chartered Quantity Surveyor
Previous
Michael previously worked with a range of Australian property development and international construction companies.
Our team comprises of 200 + staff.
Collectively our management team has over 30 years’ experience in the construction, development industries.

Lyle Harris
Construction Manager
Experience
Lyle has 10+ years in the construction industry and commenced his career as a residential carpenter and progressed to hold a management position within a national construction company. Working on commercial, industrial, technology and residential projects. Lyle is a licenced Builder with proven experience in Design Management, Cost Planning, Financial Management, Programming & Team leadership. Lyle has won four Master Builder awards on completed projects.

Hylton Ward
Senior Project Manager
Experience
Hylton has 23 years industry experience beginning his career with a carpentry apprenticeship in Auckland NZ. On completion of his apprenticeship Hylton completed a Bachelor of Construction Management and followed this into site supervision, management and project management positions across multiple sectors before entering the Sydney construction industry in 2006.
Hylton has experience in residential (single & multi-dwelling), industrial, civil, commercial & retail fitout, with project ranges from >$1M to $36M.

John Cheyney
Senior Project Manager
Experience
Previously a Senior Project Manager for a NSW State Transport Agency working on infrastructure, rail, station and commercial projects, John has worked for 18+ years in the construction industry.
With previous experience at a global property provider working on commercial fit-outs and hotel projects. John is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has 12 years of project management experience in Australia.

Melanie Champion
Administration Manager
Experience
Melanie Champion has had over 15 years’ experience in Project and Event Management and Office Administration.
Melanie ensures the day-to-day operations of Leith Group are run proficiently, by seamlessly managing on-site systems and processes, and providing administrative support for all staff and proactively managing supplier and sub-contractor relations.
Melanie is passionate about exceeding client’s expectations and seeing projects managed effectively and efficiently.
